UV-3000 Series UVDOAS Analyzers

Based around a proven UVDOAS data acquisition system, the UV 3000 series analyzers are in use for process monitoring, stack monitoring, and mobile air quality laboratory applications.

These UVDOAS analyzers accurately measure common combustion gases, BTEX, SVOC’s, chlorine, ammonia, as well as many more. The devices feature custom alarms, complete integration into your existing data network, and an unparalleled ease of use.

Unlike competing technologies, UVDOAS is unaffected by humidity, cannot be poisoned, and offers detection limits specified by the operator for the application. Capable of very low ppb level detection of common refinery gases, solvents, and combustion gases, the UV 3000 series represents added value over competing technology in terms of both cost and performance

The product series is available in standard and custom configurations for Zone (UV 3000 C), Probe (UV 3000 P) and Rackmount (UV 3000 F) monitoring applications.

Specifications

The UV 3000C version is a fixed mount multi-gas analyzer with internal sample cell. Available with an integrated twelve port multiplexer, the UV 3000C offers sequential zone monitoring of up to ten locations for leak detection, process monitoring or indoor air quality monitoring. Two ports are generally reserved for operator specified quality assurance audits. Continuous parallel sample acquisition reduces latency and for many applications the sample acquisition cycle is one minute in duration.

The UV 3000 P version is a fixed mount multi-gas analyzer with a flange adapted probe. Available with two ports for operator specified quality assurance audits, integrated stack temperature and humidity monitoring, and wired or wireless remote control. Continuous sample acquisition reduces latency and for many applications the sample acquisition cycle is one minute in duration.

The UV 3000 F version is used for process monitoring, indoor air quality, and mobile air quality laboratory applications. It features outstanding flexibility and is available with a range of fiber coupled cells, custom cross process adapters, and in-situ mono-static probes. It is ideal for laboratory setups as well as closed cell process monitoring, and in-situ process monitoring.
